Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Join our team at Insteel and put your skills to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This is a 2nd shift position, M-F 3PM-11PM with required training on 1st shift, M-F 7AM-3PM, for approximately 90-120 days.

What You’ll Do
Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished product
Load flatbed trucks with steel materials
Stage materials for production
Perform basic inventory entries and cycle counts
Keep work area clean and safe
Inspect product quality
What You Need
2+ years forklift experience (heavy materials preferred)
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to work in a team environment
