What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise production employees on your shift
  • Drive safety, quality, and production performance
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign daily work
  • Monitor production, materials, and inventory accuracy
  • Coach, train, and develop team members
  • Handle employee relations and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and with other supervisors and managers
  • Complete daily reports and support continuous improvement effort

What You Need

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Strong coaching and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage safety, quality, and production priorities
  • Experience with inventory systems and reporting (ERP systems a plus)
  • Steel or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
  • Associate degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
